<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intellectual training toy that represents a three-dimensional figure at a desired height and stimulates imagination of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The intellectual training toy comprises a base 1 formed by arranging a plurality of through-holes 4 in a lattice shape, a bottom portion 2 that constitutes the bottom surface of the base, a background board 3 interposed between the bottom portion and the base, and a plurality of rod-like members 5 that can be inserted into the through-holes of the base. The rod-like members are several types of different lengths. At least the end surfaces of the rod-like members have different colors.
