<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder for a core and a dust core, inexpensively manufacturable while securing magnetic characteristic for a dust core and to provide manufacturing methods of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The powder for a core, whose metal powder surface, having recesses and protrusions, is provided with insulating particles, is disposed with insulating particles of 50 nm or larger and 200 nm or smaller in particle size at recesses and is disposed with insulating particles of 5 nm or larger and smaller than 50 nm in particle size at protrusions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
