<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of ready generation of reduction in RFV (Radial Force Variation), and an air pocket in a level difference between members, or positional disorder of a carcass cord when circumferentially press-bonding an unvulcanized tire. <P>SOLUTION: A press-bonding device for unvulcanized tire includes: (1) a plate with a notched part, (2) a means for raising/lowering the plate, (3) a guide with a guide groove disposed to face the plate with the notched part, (4) a means for raising/lowering the guide, and (5) a support part in which a shaft passing through both the notched part and the guide groove is attached to a support plate, and a pressing part is disposed on one end of the support plate, and the pressing part is arranged such that when press-bonding, a moving direction of the pressing part is directed to a width-wise direction as the tire. In particular, it is configured such that the vertically moving means (2) is connected to the plate (1), and the vertically moving means and the guide (3) are connected and fixed to one frame so as to raise and lower the entire frame by the vertically moving means (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
