<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a 5-di-substituted aminopyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ester, which is useful as an intermediate for a raw drug of a therapeutic drug for diabetes or the like, and to provide a new compound useful as the intermediate. <P>SOLUTION: The method aims the production of a compound expressed by formula (2).
