<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a 5-di-substituted aminopyrazole-3-carboxylic acid ester, which is useful as an intermediate for a raw drug of a therapeutic drug for diabetes or the like, and to provide a new compound useful as the intermediate. <P>SOLUTION: The method aims the production of a compound expressed by formula (2). In the formula, R<SP POS="POST">a</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">b</SP>are identical or different from each other, representing an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group, optionally substituted 3-7C cycloalkyl group, optionally substituted heterocyclic group, optionally substituted 6-10C aryl group, or the like; Rc represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group, optionally substituted 3-7C cycloalkyl group, optionally substituted heterocyclic group, optionally substituted 6-10C aryl group, optionally substituted heteroaryl group, or the like; Rd represents an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group, optionally substituted 3-7C alkenyl group, optionally substituted 3-7C cycloalkyl group, or the like; Re represents an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group, optionally substituted 3-7C cycloalkyl group, optionally substituted heterocyclic group, optionally substituted 6-10C aryl group, optionally substituted heteroaryl group, optionally substituted 7-16C aralkyl group, optionally substituted heteroaryl 1-6C alkyl group, optionally substituted heterocyclic 1-6C alkyl group or a hydrogen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
