The cooler has an external storm-tsunami-safe unit and a 50 m high supply platform (X) installed in the cooler. Emergency pumps (30) are driven by divided propeller shafts in protected supply pipes (20a) such that desired length greater than 50 m of the propeller shafts to the supply platform is achieved. The emergency pumps are driven by a diesel- and/or electromotor and installed on the high supply platform. Supply tanks on the supply platform are emergency filled by helicopters or the emergency pumps with a cardan shaft drive of the platform.
