PURPOSE: A tray cover coupling structure of a luggage room for a car is provided to improve the productivity with reducing the number of parts by removing a locking knob and connecting a hook member to one side of a cover. CONSTITUTION: A tray cover coupling structure of a luggage room for a car comprises side trims, a cover(44), and a hook member. The side trim is placed in the left and right sides of the luggage room for the car, and a receiving space part with a predetermined depth is formed in a front side of the side trims. The cover is placed on the front side of the receiving space part. The cover selectively opens the receiving space part of the side trims. The hook member is connected to one side of the receiving space part and the one side of the cover.
