<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of accurately detecting an actual erase count in each data sector even when data garbling occurs in the management sector of a nonvolatile memory. <P>SOLUTION: A data processor of the present invention comprises: a nonvolatile memory including data sectors and recording areas provided in an area different from that of the data sectors; and a control part for additionally storing a predetermined bit pattern into one of the recording areas each time data recorded in one of the data sectors is erased, and determining the erase count of the data sector on the basis of data recorded in the recording area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
