<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal force transmission structure for transmitting horizontal force between a soil improvement body and a foundation part without generating a cross section defect on the soil improvement body. <P>SOLUTION: A horizontal force transmission structure 10 includes a wall-like improvement body 14 for which soil improvement bodies 12 are constructed in a wall shape and a foundation part 16 for swallowing the head part of the wall-like improvement body 14, and the head part of the soil improvement body 12 is made higher than an excavation surface 34 of soil 24. The wall-like improvement body 14 is constructed in a wall shape by lapping the outer peripheral surface of the soil improvement body 12 and arranged in a grid shape. An irregular part where the outer peripheral surface is continued in a circular arcuate shape in the planar view is formed on the side face of the wall-like improvement body 14, and the foundation part 16 of a structure 18 is constructed at the upper part of the wall-like improvement body 14. The foundation part 16 is concrete and the vertical load of the structure 18 is transmitted to the wall-like improvement body 14 through the foundation part 16.
