CAPACITOR ELEMENT, SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor element, a solid electrolytic capacitor, and a manufacturing method for the same.

SOLUTION: A capacitor element includes: a chip body formed by sintering; an anode terminal contact layer provided for a region of the chip body so that the chip body is exposed to the outside; an insulation layer provided for the entire or a part of region excluding the region where the anode terminal contact layer is formed; and a cathode layer stacked on the insulation layer. A solid electrolytic capacitor includes: the capacitor element; a cathode extraction layer stacked so as to electrically connect with the cathode layer; a cathode terminal stacked on the cathode extraction layer; and an anode terminal stacked on the anode terminal contact layer.
