<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor sheet module for detachable attachment of a decorative flexible covering such as carpet to the surface of flooring or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Loops 101 are provided on the underside of the complete decorative flexible floor covering of carpet, tile, stone or other material, hooks 97 are provided on the upper surface of a relatively thin flexible anchor sheet 96 attached to the floor.
