<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to make an option board utilizing a frequency spread clock able to be mounted on a main substrate without needing large surface area of layout of the main substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A first electronic circuit substrate 10 having a plurality of first electronic devices 20,30 and first connecting means 22, 32, frequency spread clock occurrence means 40d/40t for making clock in which frequency is spread occur and second connecting means 52, 53/62, 63 or further a second electronic circuit substrate 50/60 including a second electronic device 70 are bass-connected by using the first connecting means and the second connecting means. Via the bass, the clock generated by the frequency spread clock occurrence means is output to the first electronic circuit substrate.
