REMOVAL EFFECT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal effect measurement system that can measure removal effects of radioactive iodine in an iodine gas removal air filter by using test methyl iodide gas and that can verify the removal effects of the radioactive iodine in the filter with high reliability and credibility.

SOLUTION: A removal effect measurement system 10A is formed by a test methyl iodide gas supply device 12 for supplying a predetermined supply amount of test methyl iodide gas 22 from an upstream side of an iodine gas removal air filter 11 and, during a period until a predetermined time passes immediately after the test methyl iodide gas 22 has been supplied, a photoacoustic gas monitor 14 for measuring concentration of the test methyl iodide gas 22 contained in air flowing in a downstream side of the iodine gas removal air filter 11.
