<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily estimate a measurement range of each sensor at a fixed position. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor management device includes: receiving means 31 for receiving distance information which indicates respective distance between a part or all of a plurality of fixedly positioned sensors and a moving object 2 of which position is not fixed, from the sensor or the moving object 2; first processing means 32 for estimating the respective positions of the sensors and the moving object 2 based on a plurality of the distance information; and second processing means 33 for calculating for each of the sensors, based on the respective estimated positions of the sensors and the moving body 2, a measurement range within which the measurement can be performed by the sensor.
