<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a vehicle and cost by providing a high-rigidity and high-strength panel molding member without using a reinforcing piece such as an ultrahigh-tension steel plate, steel plate of a thick plate or bulkhead so much. <P>SOLUTION: When this vehicle body frame member structure of a vehicle is formed into a nearly hat cross-section type with a long body part 31 having an axially-perpendicular cross section formed into a generally U-shaped form, and flange parts 32 formed at respective one ends of a pair of side face walls 31a, 31b constituting the body part 31 to extend by projecting outward along the longitudinal direction, the vehicle body frame member structure of a vehicle is formed by arranging and mounting reinforcing members 4, 5 each formed of a cross-sectionally round type pipe member having a closed cross-sectional shape on/to a pair of ridgeline parts 31d, 31e formed with the pair of side face walls 31a, 31b constituting the body part 31 and a connection wall 31c with the other ends of the respective side face walls 31a, 31b respectively connected thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
