<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film excellent in flame retardancy and transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The film includes 0.01-5 pts.wt. of antimony trioxide having an average particle size (D50) of 20-800 nm, based on 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin. It is desirable that a flame resisting plasticizer is contained in addition to antimony trioxide, and the amount of addition is about 1-60 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the synthetic resin.
