<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication instrument capable of switching the function in conformity with a vehicle state, by integrating a function part of a remote keyless system and a tire air pressure monitoring system. <P>SOLUTION: This on-vehicle communication instrument 20 is used in common between the remote keyless system 5 for operating a vehicle 2 with a radio signal from an electronic key 1 as a trigger and the tire air pressure monitoring system 4 for monitoring air pressure by receiving the radio signal including air pressure information on a tire from the tire, and can be operated as one function part of these systems. The on-vehicle communication instrument 20 includes a collation result acquiring part 21e for acquiring whether or not ID collation of the electronic key 1 in a vehicle is achieved, a vehicle state determining part 21c for determining a state of the vehicle 2 based on a vehicle inside collation result acquired by the collation result acquiring part 21e, and a control function switching part 21b for switching the function part to the function of the tire air pressure monitoring system when vehicle inside collation is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
