ULTRASOUND MOVING IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, DEVICE AND PROGRAM

Provided is an ultrasound moving image processing technique that can be made to suit the somatic region or medical case. In this ultrasound moving image processing method, the brightness values of pixels in the scalar distribution image are determined using the motion vector distribution image of an observed image. When doing so, processing is performed that mitigates the extent to which changes in brightness across boundary regions in the scalar distribution image depend on the direction in the scalar distribution image (see Figure 2).
