PURPOSE: An anti-skid trench cover is provided to improve the anti-skid property and exterior beauty thereof by comprising spread colored silica. CONSTITUTION: An anti-skid trench cover comprises a primer layer, a surfacer layer layer(16), a surfacer-topcoat layer(20), a color layer(22), and a topcoat layer(24). The primer layer is formed on a base layer on the surface of the stainless steel trench cover using a coating solution containing reactive resin in which one of MMA resin, epoxy resin, and urethane resin, pigment, and peroxide hardener are mixed. The surfacer layer is formed on the primer layer using a coating solution containing reactive resin in which one of MMA resin, epoxy resin, and urethane resin, filler, pigment, and peroxide hardener are mixed. The surfacer-topcoat layer is formed on the surfacer layer using a coating agent which comprises one of MMA resin, epoxy resin, and urethane resin. The color layer is formed on the surfacer-topcoat layer. The topcoat layer is formed on the color layer using a coating solution containing reactive resin in which one of MMA resin, epoxy resin, and urethane resin, and peroxide hardener are mixed. |
