<p>PURPOSE: A local originated stroma stem cell composition of allogenic for treating people having fistulous opening is provided to improve multipotency and immunomodulatory activity, thereby enabling use in clinic. CONSTITUTION: A local originated stroma stem cell composition of allogenic for treating people having fistulous opening comprises local formation originated stroma stem cell of allogenic. The stem cell is successive culturing at least 1 succeeding. More than 50% of the local stem cell composition is positive towards CD10, CD13, CD29, CD44, CD59, CD71, CD90, CD105 and Oct 4, and negative towards CD34, CD45, CD104, CD106 and Stro-1. More than 80% of the local stem cell composition is positive towards CD10, CD13, CD29, CD44, CD59, CD71, CD90, CD105 and Oct 4, and negative towards CD34, CD45, CD104, CD106 and Stro-1.</p> |
