PURPOSE: An input sensing device and a touch panel with the same are provided to recognize a multi touch and prevent mis-input. CONSTITUTION: A charge pump(232) receives an output signal of a second electrode of at least one electrostatic capacitive node which responds to a sensing signal. The sensing signal is applied through a first electrode of at least one electrostatic capacitive node. It is determined whether the touch panel is touched using an output voltage of the charge pump. A comparator compares the output voltage of the charge pump with a fixed reference voltage.
