PURPOSE: A developing cartridge and an image forming device including the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by decreasing the number of components for mounting or separating the developing cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A tray unit receives a developing cartridge unit. A first link member(100) is movably combined with a tray unit. A second link member(200a,200b) is connected with the first link member. The first link member includes a pressurizing unit(120) which pressurizes the second link member to prevent interference between the developing cartridge unit and the second link member.
