PURPOSE: An axle housing assembly for rigid axle suspension and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to save costs required for manufacturing processes by processing a wheel hub spindle part through an extruding process. CONSTITUTION: An axle housing assembly for rigid axle suspension includes an axle housing(2) and a brake assembling flange(22). The axle housing forms a body based on a U-O forming method. A wheel hub spindle part(21) is integrated with both end parts of the axle housing through an extruding process. One side of the axle housing is a welded structure. A carrier supporting part is formed at inner end part of the axle housing. The brake assembling flange is fixed to the wheel hub spindle part by welding.
