PURPOSE: A ground excavating device is provided to minimize the surface pressure of the ground against an auger casing by the shaking the auger casing when pulling the auger casing out of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A ground excavating device comprises a post frame(10), a top auger(20), a screw rod(25), a bottom auger(40), and an auger casing(70). A casing clamp is installed on the lower end of the bottom auger via a casing setting unit which is installed between the lower end of the bottom auger and the top of the casing clamp, and auger casing rotating and pulling units are installed opposite to each other on the exterior of the casing clamp. The auger casing rotating and pulling units operate to move the auger casing from side to side along with the casing clamp, thereby minimizing the surface pressure of the ground against the auger casing.
