FUNCTIONAL CLOTHING PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A functional cloth product woven with knitted fabric and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure antibacterial and deodorizing functions and to promote blood circulation in brain. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a functional cloth product comprises: a step of doubling and twisting at least one strand of silver yarn and natural fiber or synthetic fiber to prepare silver piled yarn; a step of fabricating knitted fabric or woven fabric using the silver pile yarn; and a step of dyeing and sewing the knitted yarn or woven yarn to obtain the functional cloth product. A method for fabricating the silver piled yarn comprises: a step of molding a linear material in a microfiber by directional solidification of pure silver or silver alloy to prepare silver yarn with 0.015-0.05 mm of diameter; and a step of blending the silver yarn with fiber yarn made of natural fiber or synthetic fiber.
