PURPOSE: A terminal provisioning management system and method thereof are provided to offer desired IPTV(Internet Protocol TeleVision) services in anywhere by connecting an IPTV terminal to an IP network. CONSTITUTION: An initializing unit(110) initializes a broadcast service providing terminal(180). A broadcast selecting unit(120) selects a broadcast service registered in the initialized terminal. An authentication unit(130) authenticates the selected broadcast service and the terminal which provides the selected broadcast service. A preparation procedure execution unit(140) executes a service preparation procedure in order to provide the authenticated broadcast service.
