<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocket for information collection which quickly collects information without needing a relay satellite. <P>SOLUTION: The rocket for information collection includes: a wing 11a and empennage 11b for performing orbit transfer; a plane body 11d in the circumference of which the wing 11a and the empennage 11b are connected together; a rocket motor 11c performing a first ignition upon launching and a second ignition after orbit transfer, an observing device 11e observing an observation target 13 during flight; and a control device 11f performing control of flight. The control device 11f has a navigation control device 11g controlling a self position and an attitude angle of the plane body 11d for performing a ballistic flight by the first ignition to a place enabling the observation target 13 to be observed and a ballistic flight from the place enabling the observation target 13 to be observed to a recovery scheduled point by the second ignition and controlling an ignition time of the rocket motor 11c and a guide control device 11h performing orbit transfer by changing angles of the wing 11a and the empennage 11b according to information from the navigation control device 11g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
