<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device capable of smoothly returning oil and, in the oil return operation, capable of suppressing a temperature change in a control object; and to provide a constant temperature and humidity apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A constant temperature and humidity apparatus 1 includes: a laboratory 2; a heating device (a heater) 3; and a humidifier 5. The constant temperature/humidity apparatus 1 is mounted with two refrigerators as cooling means. In a case where a refrigerator is operated with either of a refrigerant circuit narrowed, for a long period, an oil return mode operation is performed. In the oil return mode operation, a bypass opening/closing valve 16a of a refrigerator A is opened, a compressor 7a is operated at such a rotation speed as to forcibly discharge oil accumulated in an evaporator 11a, and the state is retained for a prescribed period. The rotation speed of the compressor 7a is gradually raised from the initial rotation speed till reaching the rotation speed suited to the oil return mode operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
