<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment vehicle which is capable of self-traveling on a public road and is a vehicle smaller than a large-sized vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A surface treatment vehicle 1 capable of self-traveling by an engine 4 for traveling on a public road includes: a water tank 29; a high pressure pump 28 for generating high pressure water from water stored in the water tank 29; a blower 19 for generating a negative pressure; a polluted water tank 26 for sucking polluted water obtained by surface treatment with the high pressure water by the negative pressure generated in the blower 19; a water built-in tank 25 for sucking contaminated air inside the polluted water tank 26 by the negative pressure of the blower 19 and removing dust inside the contaminated air; a compressor 23 for supplying air for sucking the polluted water; and a PTO6 for taking out the power of the engine 4. The power taken out by the PTO6 is supplied to the high pressure pump 28, the blower 19 and the compressor 28.
