<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and surely permit bonding of the top-face flap of a box having a triangular top-face flap. <P>SOLUTION: A box sheet material 100 is conveyed in such a condition that a first pair of top-face flaps 103a and 103b are developed and each vertex of triangular sections of a second pair of top-face flaps 102a and 102b is aligned in the conveyance direction, and an adhesive agent is sprayed along the outer periphery of the triangular sections of the first pair of top-face flaps 103a and 103b by moving spray nozzles 2 and 2' during conveyance. After spraying the adhesive agent, the first pair of top-face flaps 103a and 103b are bent, and they are bonded onto the second pair of top-face flaps 102a and 102b bent beforehand, and the second pair of top-face flaps 102a and 102b are pulled upward after bonding, thereby compressing and bonding the first and second pairs of top-face flaps 102a and 102b and 103a and 103b together, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
