<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AF device capable of automatically setting AF control information for an objective lens required for AF operation control, a microscope device with the same, and a medium for storing a control program for the AF device. <P>SOLUTION: An AF device 1 comprises; an optical detector 30 for detecting light from a specimen; focal position detecting means 31 for detecting a focal position error signal based on a signal from the optical detector; focusing means 9 for focusing the focal position of the objective lens onto a specific part of the specimen based on the focal position error signal; a table 42 storing focus control information corresponding to the information of the focal position error signal of a plurality of objective lenses measured in advance; and control means 41 for driving the focusing means, thereby detecting, via the focal position detecting means, the information of the focal position error signal of an objective lens disposed in an optical path, and setting the focus control information stored in the table, as control information of the focusing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
