<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for making small both of a delay time (Td) and a delay time difference (Skew), forming a foam insulation having high formability and high stability in high productivity, and efficiently producing a cable having a small skew. <P>SOLUTION: A form insulated cable 1 has a structure in which at least two foam insulated wires 10 each of which is constituted by forming a foam insulation 23 around a central conductor 21 are arranged in parallel or in stranded.
