NUCLEOSIDE-TYPE ANTIBIOTIC DERIVATIVE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound exhibiting antimicrobial activity, more preferably an antibacterial nucleoside compound exhibiting antibacterial activity by inhibiting MraY action, especially a new derivative of Muraymycin being an MraY inhibitor.

SOLUTION: The new derivative of Muraymycin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt solves the problem. The compound is easily supplied in terms of synthetic chemistry while maintaining activity at a level equivalent to or higher than those of nucleic acid-type antibiotics.
