PURPOSE: An insole for shoes is provided to precisely and efficiently support by easily adjusting height and location of an arch supporting unit. CONSTITUTION: An insole for shoes comprises a first plate(100), a second plate(200), and an arch controlling element. The first plate includes an arch supporting unit which is projected to upper side in order to support the arch unit. The second plate faces with inner bottom of the shoes and is attached to rear side of the first plate. The arch controlling element is prepared between the first plate and the second plate. The arch controlling element comprises a fitting hole(310), and a fitting member(320). The fitting hole is formed in the second plate. |
