PURPOSE: A diblock copolymer is provided to be stably dispersed, to hardly containing toxic components in embryonic stem cell which is sensible to toxicity, thereby using for drug delivery system. CONSTITUTION: A diblock copolymer is D-PHV-mPEG (poly(D-3-hydroxyvalerate)-monomethoxy polyethylene glycol) diblock copolymer. The weight average molecular weight of the D-PHV-mPEG diblock copolymer is 10,000-15,000. Preferably 12,000-13,500. The amphiphilic PHV-mPEG nano contains has average diameter of 190-220 nm, and zeta potential of -10 - -20 mV.
