<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which saving ink consumption requires execution of density correction with an input resolution and a recording resolution suppressed to low level, which results in deterioration of print quality. <P>SOLUTION: A computer 10 performing color conversion processing with reference to LUTs (lookup tables) 32 includes: a hard disk 30 for storing the LUTs 32 corresponding to printing surfaces of each color; an ink consumption information creation section 22 which creates, based on image data 31 as a print object and the stored LUTs 32, ink consumption information, for the respective printing surfaces of each color, on ink consumption when the image data 31 are printed on the respective printing surfaces of each color; and a notification section 24 for notifying the created ink consumption information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
