<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully reduce a fault of the conventional technology. <P>SOLUTION: A battery emulation device (5) comprises a control unit (7) and at least one emulation channel (8) for simulating a battery cell voltage at a terminal (10d) of a battery control device (3). The simulation is performed in accordance with a target value set through an interface (14) galvanically isolated by the control unit (7).
