<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated box that hardly generates a void and a heat insulating unfilled part in which a foam insulation is not filled, in a space to fill the foam insulation by a fin of a vacuum insulated panel. <P>SOLUTION: A rugged sealing part is provided in which a ruggedness of a waveform alternately repeating a convex part and the concave part more than once on a surface of an outer covering material of the vacuum insulated panel 10. The vacuum insulated panel is fixed on a surface facing an inner box 3 of an outer box 2 so that the outer covering material side wherein the height difference between the convex part and the concave part on the surface of the outer covering material is larger is on the inner box 3 side, and the outer covering material side wherein the height difference between the convex part and the concave part of the surface of the outer covering material is smaller is on the outer box 2 side. A fin part in which at least one member of the rugged sealing part is rolled up on the outer covering material side wherein the height difference between the convex part and the concave part of the surface of the outer covering material is larger without being fixed to a core material part and thereby, suppressing generation of the void of a foam insulation 4 to be filled in the insulated box 1 and an unfilled part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
