<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication device capable of integrating a function part between a remote keyless system and a tire air pressure monitoring system, and changing over a function in line with a vehicle condition. <P>SOLUTION: This on-vehicle communication device 20 is shared by a remote keyless system 3 and a tire air pressure monitoring system 4, and operable as a function part of either of these systems. The on-vehicle communication device 20 includes: a vibration sensor 28 for detecting vibration associated with the running of a vehicle 2; a vehicle condition determination part 21c for determining whether the vehicle 2 runs based on the vibration detected by the vibration sensor 28; and a control function changeover part 21b for changing over the function part to the function of the remote keyless system 3 by determining the vehicle 2 to be in a stop condition by the vehicle condition determination part 21c when a vibration acquisition part 21d does not acquire running vibration, and changing over the function part to the function of the tire air pressure monitoring system 4 by determining the vehicle 2 to be in the stop condition by the vehicle condition determination part 21c when the vibration acquisition part 21d acquires the running vibration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
