<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing agent for new influenza virus by obtaining an aptamer targeting HA protein of new influenza virus, especially A/California/04/2009 (H1N1), A/Vietnam/1203/2004 (H5N1), and A/Hong Kong/1073/1999 (H9N2). <P>SOLUTION: The aptamer RNA having bonding ability to hemagglutinin of new influenza virus is composed of RNA containing the specific sequence or a base sequence with either deletion, substitution or addition of one or several bases in the specific basic sequence, or RNA with a shortened chain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
