<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element exhibiting high luminous efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent element includes a first electrode, at least one organic layer including a luminous layer containing at least one luminescent material, and a second electrode, in this order on a substrate.
