INTENTION ESTIMATION DEVICE FOR ACTION OF PERSON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether action of a person is intended or not without relying on a biosignal such as surface myoelectric potential, in action of a person.

SOLUTION: Action information is acquired by using a method of measuring a position and an angle at which a person acts (S700); the action of the person is limited in a range which can be achieved by the person (S701); a joint angle of the person during the action and positional information of a tip position of an acting part are extracted (S702-S703); a multivariate analysis technique is used (S704-S709); whether the action of the person is intended by the person is determined by using a threshold for determining whether the action of the person is intended (S710); and thereby whether the action is intended can be determined without relying on a biosignal such as surface myoelectric potential.
