The present invention relates to a delicious instant food with a harmonized taste of main ingredients and seasoning, and more specifically, to an instant food in which noodles or grains of cooked rice having one or more sealed hollow portions are formed, wherein said noodles or the grains of the cooked rice are made from a dough mixture which comprises: one or more ingredients selected from flour, rice flour, starch powder, fish powder, and meat powder; and seasoning. According to the present invention, the invention provides an instant food which: is simply eaten immediately by only pouring hot water thereinto without a separate cooking procedure; has flavor since the taste of main ingredients and the taste of soup are integrated; and enables children unfamiliar with chopsticks or forks to easily eat due to the protruded parts of the instant food. |
