Disclosed are: a method for quantifying phosphatidylserine in a sample, which is characterized by comprising (1) a step of allowing phospholipase D and an L-amino acid oxidase to act on the sample and (2) a step of measuring the amount of H2O2 produced in the step (1) and quantifying phosphatidylserine from a calibration curve that is determined in advance; and a kit for quantifying phosphatidylserine, which comprises phospholipase D or phospholipase C and a phosphomonoesterase. |
