摘要 <p>Provided is a mechanism for evaluating (determining) a user state in relation to the noisiness of speech-sound reception. A noisiness determination system comprises a biological signal measuring unit that measures a user's brain wave signals, a speech-sound database in which the speech sounds of a plurality of monosyllables are stored and in which speech sounds and the reference latency of the negative components of brainwave signals associated with speech sounds are associated with each other, a presentation speech-sound determination unit that determines the monosyllable speech-sounds to present by referring to the speech-sound database, an output unit that presents a speech sound to a user, and a noisiness determination unit that compares the peak latency of the negative components of brain wave signals (with the starting point being the time when decided speech sounds were presented) included in a range of at least 50ms to no more than 350ms and a reference latency corresponding to decided speech-sounds stored in the speech-sound database, and thereby determines the noisiness of an output speech-sound.</p>
