The device (1) has a squeezing unit attached to a pipe element. A hand operating element (3) i.e. trigger, is manually movable relative to a housing (13) under implementation of control movement (4). The squeezing unit has two squeezing elements movable relative to the pipe element and housing under implementation of linear control movement. The squeezing elements are mechanically coupled with the operating element such that the pipe element is squeezed based on a position of the operating element for variable presetting of different sized free flow cross-sections of flow channels.
