PURPOSE: An air spray type electrocautery is provided to enable a doctor to easily secure a clear view in a bloody region by spraying an air spray from a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An air spray type electrocautery comprises a gripper(170). The gripper is connected to a main body in order to receive electricity. The gripper comprises an electrode part(171). The electrode part includes at least one electrode(172). The gripper comprises a grip part(175). A hollow-shaped cylinder stores gas, which is generated from a gas compressor, inside the gripper. A nozzle is formed in the gripper. A switch(179) selectively turns on and off the galvanocautery function of the electrocautery.
