THE FAN OF DIFFUSION MODEL

PURPOSE: An axial-flow blower using a diffused diffuser is provided to firmly mount by using a separate motor base and motor support and to easily attach/detach for repair and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: An axial-flow blower using a diffused diffuser comprises a diffuser tube(10), a bellmouse tube(20), a blowing motor(40), and a fan blade(43). The diffuser tube has a tapered cross section in which a top of a cone is cut off. The internal space of the diffuser tube is empty and first and second flange unit(11,12) are projected in the both end part of the diffuser tube. The bellmouse tube is joined to the second flange unit by a bellmouse flange(21). The bellmouse tube is widely opened as a curved surface so that a diameter of the other side of the bellmouse flange is wide. The blowing motor is joined to a centering tube(30) fixed to the inner side of the diffuser tube. The fan blade is joined to the shaft-end part of the blowing motor.
