PURPOSE: An ultrasonic system and method for changing a transmission frequency based on a plurality of focal points are provided to improve the quality of an ultrasonic image by compensating an ultrasonic signal offset phenomenon according to the location of the plurality of focal points. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic system includes an ultrasonic data obtaining unit(110), a processor(120), a storage unit(130), and a display unit(140). The ultrasonic data obtaining unit obtains ultrasonic data by transmitting an ultrasonic signal to an object and receiving an ultrasonic echo signal reflected from the object. The transmission frequency gradually increases to the surface of the object and gradually decreases far from the surface of the object.
