<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powerless walking support device capable of efficiently supporting a walking motion. <P>SOLUTION: The walking support device 100 includes a lower back link 10, a thigh link 20, a crus link 30, and a leg link 40. A pulley 24 is supported to the thigh link or the crus link. The pulley 24 is located anterior to the rotation axis of a knee joint. String elastic members (a spring 50 and a wire 54) are connected to the lower back link at its one end anterior to the rotation axis line of the thigh link with respect to the lower back link, are hung on the pulley at its middle, and are connected to the leg link at another end posterior to the rotation axis line of the leg link with respect to the crus link. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
