<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of moving an object to be imaged with which imaging means and the object to be imaged can be relatively moved by moving a designated portion of a captured image to a preset target position through the simple operation of designating any arbitrary portion and dragging the designated portion on the basis of the captured image of the object to be imaged, displayed on a display screen by the imaging means. <P>SOLUTION: A method of moving an object to be imaged includes designating a pin image P of a captured image of a probe card 12 captured in a predetermined magnification by a second CCD camera 15 and displayed on a display screen 16. Therefore, when moving the pin image P to a cross mark C on the display screen 16, only by designating the pin image P on the display screen 16 with a mouse pointer 19A, clicking a mouse 19 and then dragging the mouse pointer 19A to the cross mark C, the pin image P designated by the mouse pointer 19A can be moved to a center of the second CCD camera 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
